President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima, along with their aides, are allocated a total of N15.961 billion for international and local travels in the 2024 Appropriation Bill being considered by the National Assembly.
If approved, Tinubu will spend N6.992 billion on foreign trips and N638.535 million on domestic travel, while Vice President Shettima is allotted N1.847 billion for international and local travel combined.
The budget proposal also includes N6.484 billion for Villa Headquarters international and local travels.
The allocation comes as part of the larger 2024 budget presentation, marking the first such presentation by Tinubu since assuming office six months ago.
