Former presidential spokesman and publisher of Point-blank news, Jackson Ude, has slammed the governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, after he was booted out of office by the court of Appeal on Sunday.

In what has been described as a questionable judgement, the lead Justice, Elfrieda Williams-Dawodu, in her ruling, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue a Certificate of Return to the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Nentawe Goshwe.

Justice Williams-Dawodu set aside the judgment of the Tribunal which affirmed the election of governor Mutfwang, describing it as highly incompetent.

According to the court, the decision of the tribunal to dismiss the petition filed by the APC and its candidate on the ground that the duo had no business meddling in the affairs of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on which platform Mutfwang was elected is in breach of Section 177 of the 1999 Constitution as amended and Section 134 (C) of the Electoral Act.

But Jackson while reacting to the judgement of the court in a post on his official X handle, said that he warned Mutfwang ahead of time but was ignored by the governor.

He had alleged that APC paid $5 million in bribe to Judges to remove Mutfwang from office but instead of the governor to act on his revelation, he dismissed it and directed the police to launch investigation into the allegations.

Jackson said, “few days ago, I made a post to alert that the desperate APC has paid $5million in bribes to Judges to remove Caleb Muftwang as Governor of Plateau State.

“I had descriptions of how the funds were paid through former Gov Simon Lalong. Few minutes after the post went virile, the dumbo Muftwang, who thinks he is doing the Judiciary a favor, countered the post and asked Security agencies to investigate me. I don’t know what Muftwang was doing 27yrs ago when I started as a Political Reporter. I know this game enough to tell.

“While I have no sympathy for his naivety, I want the APC to take over all the PDP states. The PDP Governors are the most useless set of Governors I have ever seen in my reporting/writing politics since 1996. No tact, no strategy, no finesse, no charisma, absolutely nothing. And they wear the biggest Agbada with no brains. I warned Muftwang but he would rather dance with the devil. Good riddance to bad rubbish! @CalebMutfwang”
