Gunmen have attacked Aguata Local Government Area council headquarters in Anambra State and set it on fire.

Aguata is the local government where the present governor of Anambra State, professor Chuwkuma Soludo come hail from.

Though at the time of filing this report, NewsBand is yet to verify if there was any human casualty during the attack.

This is coming after Soludo two days ago asked the criminal elements to surrender their guns and accept amnesty which his administration is ready to offer them.
