Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi congratulates Israel Adesanya after the Nigerian UFC fighter reclaimed his middleweight title after beating Alex Pereira on Sunday morning.

Peter Obi tweeted, “By decisively knocking out his opponent and regaining his UFC Middleweight Title last night, Israel Adesanya proved that persistence is the path to reclamation. Congratulations valiant Champion!”

Peter Obi who is currently trying to reclaim mandate after APC candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was announced as the winner of the just concluded Nigerian president election congratulates Israel Adesanya.

In his words he meant that for someone to win he needs to fight persistently.

Israel Adesanya has done Nigerians proud and we are looking forward to seeing him winning.

Peter Obi has shown that he is a patriotic citizen by celebrate the victory of our own.
