A whistleblower with Twitter handle, @PIDOMNIGERIA, has claimed that the Spokesman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Festus Keyamo, SAN, owns a house worth over one billion Naira situated in Ikoyi, Lagos.
According to the whistleblower, who is also an investigative journalist who prides himself in “providing credible and reliable information, the “Secret house” is located at No. 8, Mekunwen Street, off Queens Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos.
He further claimed that Keyamo bought the land in 2019 almost one billion naira and demolished it to build the structure.
He further challenged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to ‘go and verify the claim’.
Titled “More Revelation“, the tweet reads:
“Na sandalili (ke ya mo) secret house for No (e i g h t) mekunwen off queens drive, Ikoyi na him be dis. Him buy the land for 2019 almost one billion naira, before him build this house. The house pass one billion naira. @officialEFCC Make una go verify my claim.
“That house is on a 1200 square meters of land. A plot of land on that road is around 700-750 thousand naira, per square meter. Sandalili bought the land with properties on it. Demolished it to build this structure.”

Another tweep, JMMRecord @jmmrecord, confirmed the existence of the building on Twitter, adding that the building sits opposite Aduke Court, Ikoyi, Lagos.
He also attached two pictures to lay credence to his claim as follows:
News Band reached out to Keyamo via SMS to confirm or debunk the claim but he has yet to respond as at the moment of this publication.
It could be recalled that News Band reported that Keyamo, who is also the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, owned a property he was said to have acquired in the United States of America in a viral video.
@PIDOMNIGERIA had, on April 21, accused him in a tweet of owning a property worth over $300,000 in the United States which he allegedly acquired after he became a Minister.
