Peter Obi and the Labour party chieftains have arrived in court to continue tender overwhelming evidence against the victory of Bola Tinubu and the All-Progressives Congress (APC), in the 18 states.

Obi had tendered INEC form EC8A results in 6 states, 115 LGAs as evidence on Thursday and the court admitted all the documents tendered by the petitioners.

LP counsel presented Rivers and Kogi remaining certified true copies of INEC election results from six local government areas (LGAs) in Rivers as evidence.

Also admitted were results from Niger, Adamawa, Oyo, Bayelsa, and Edo states tendered by the LP.

The petitioner also presented additional certified true copies of election results from Bida LGA of Niger and 21 LGAs in Adamawa.

Meanwhile, INEC openly objected to the admissibility of Certified True Copies (CTC) of its own documents.

Again, counsels to the first, second and third respondents objected to the admissibility of the evidence.

However, the court admitted the documents as evidence, while awaiting the arguments of the respondents who are opposed to the admissibility of the documents.

Additional evidence tendered by the petitioner are from eight LGAs in Bayelsa, 31 LGAs in Oyo, and 18 LGAs in Edo.

Labour Party also presented further evidence from 20 LGAs in Lagos, where they argued their votes were under-counted. The affected 20 LGAs include Apapa, Lagos Island, Lagos mainland, Ikorodu, Amuwo Odofin, Ibeju lekki, Ikeja, Ifako- Ijaye, Kosofe, and Oshodi-Isolo.

Counsel to INEC attacked their own document presented in court as the Labour Party (LP) overwhelmed the court with documentary evidence of malpractices, errors, alterations, inconsistencies INEC did on election results during the presidential election held on February 25, 2023.

Balami Isaac, LP’s. Deputy National Campaign Manager, Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council via his twitter account urged the public to ignore lies that our Lawyers are not on point or were sent out of the Court yesterday.

He said, yesterday alone Evidence from Six States where summited and accepted by the Court.

Trust me, we are all blessed to have the best legal team.
