The Osun State Police Command has, on June 15, 2023, announced the arrest of Igbo-hater, Kehinde Adesogba Adekusibe, who tweeted that all the Igbos should be killed and flushed out of Yoruba lands, according to online newspapers News Band.

It could be recalled that 28 years old Adekusibe had, on May 18, 2023, tweeted on his tweeter handle:

“Let’s kill all the Igbos Let’s flush them out of Yoruba lands. I hate these people with passion. They are violent people. They a the worst. They hate us. Let’s hate them without holding back. “

Police detective from the Cybercrime section at SCID of the Osun Police Command in Osogbo, upon receipt of the report, swung into action.

The Command said that through intelligence led investigation, the suspect was arrested at Ilesa where he hibernated.

It noted that Adekusibe violated the social media policy on hate speech.

According to the COmmand’s spokesperson, Adekusibe has confessed to the crime and will be charged to the court after the completion of the investigation.
