The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has just admitted into evidence the notarized documents of the judgment showing $460 forfeiture for drug trafficking crime by the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Also admitted by PEPC were documents showing Tinubu’s dual citizenship with Guinea tendered in court by lawyers  to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
