The Presidential Election Tribunal on Tuesday reserved ruling on the petition filed by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.

The former Vice President is challenging the declaration of President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the poll by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Respondents in the suit are the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the All Progressives Party.

The tribunal after adopting the parties’ final written addresses, reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to the parties in the case.
