Nigerian cooking Queen, Hilda Baci, has congratulated Irish Chef, Alan Fisher, on his emergence as the latest Guinness World Records holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.

Naija News earlier reported that the Guinness World Records, on Tuesday, disclosed that Fisher from Ireland cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes at his restaurant in Japan.

Reacting to Fisher’s success in a post via her X account on Tuesday, Baci, who was the former record holder, congratulated Fisher on his latest achievement.

She also wished the Irish chef all the best as the new world record holder of the longest cooking marathon by an individual.

She wrote, “Huge congratulations to Alan Fisher! 119hrs 57mins is a huge achievement, and I wish him all the best as the new world record holder!”

In another post, the Nigerian chef said she is so elated to have held the record so prestigious, saying that she will forever be grateful for all the live support she got.

She wrote: “I’m so happy to have held a record so prestigious and profound I will forever be honored and grateful for all the love and support.”
