Protesters from the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) North West Zone and Arewa Youth Movement gathered at the National Assembly premises in Abuja for over two hours, expressing outrage over the killing of over 120 people in a military drone attack on Tundun Biri village in Kaduna State.

The demonstrators called for justice for the victims and urged Defense Minister Abubakar Badaru to fulfill his responsibilities or resign.

The group accused Badaru of incompetence, citing the deteriorating security situation in the country, especially in Northern Nigeria, and emphasized the need for a thorough investigation by the National Assembly into the Kaduna incident.

The protesters highlighted ongoing challenges, including the captivity of university students and the loss of members from various security forces.
