President Bola Tinubu, currently on a private visit to France, has sent an inspiring message to the Super Eagles as they gear up for their quarterfinal clash against the Palancas Negras of Angola.

In a video call shared by Tinubu’s son, Seyi, on Instagram stories, the President, donned in the Super Eagles home jersey, offered words of encouragement to boost the team’s confidence ahead of the crucial game.

The caption on Seyi Tinubu’s post reads, “Mr. President Tinubu giving Super Eagles a quick pep talk ahead of today’s AFCON QF match against Angola.”

A victory in this match would mark the Super Eagles’ qualification for the semi-final, a milestone they haven’t achieved in the last five years. The highly anticipated match is scheduled to take place at the Stade Félix Houphouët Biogny in Abidjan at 6:00 pm.
