Nigerian former military head of states, General Yakubu Gowon GCFR has died at aged 88 years old.
Gowon was head of state of Nigeria who presided over a controversial Nigerian-Biafran Civil War.
He delivered the famous “no victor, no vanquished” speech at the war’s end to promote healing and reconciliation.
