Dave Umahi, the Minister of Works, has shared a divine revelation he received about the tenure of President Bola Tinubu. According to Umahi, God has assured him that President Tinubu’s administration will span a full eight years.

President Tinubu, who ascended to power in May 2023 as the 16th democratically elected president, is predicted by Umahi to win re-election in 2027.

Umahi, the former Governor of Ebonyi State, expressed this belief during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today. He was asked about his confidence in the president’s ability to complete all ongoing projects.

Umahi highlighted the ambitious Lagos-Calabar coastal road project in his response. This 700km, 10-lane highway, which includes provisions for rail lines, is expected to be completed within President Tinubu’s eight-year tenure.

Umahi, who also serves as a pastor and prophet, emphasized the divine nature of President Tinubu’s administration. He expressed his firm belief that God, who initiated this administration, would ensure its completion over the next eight years.

He further praised the transformative work being done by President Tinubu, attributing it to divine inspiration. According to Umahi, the president’s mission is to rectify past wrongs, and he and others are there to provide their support.
