In a recent video that has gone viral social media former Niger Delta militant Asari Dokubo has strongly criticized President Bola Tinubu’s policies, stating that they have brought “death and suffering” to the people of Nigeria.

Dokubo, who has been a long-time supporter of Tinubu, expressed his disappointment with the current president, saying, “This is not the Ahmed Bola Tinubu I know. Since 1992 when I encountered you, I don’t think this is the man I knew, the one who called me his friends my son and I called my father.”

The former militant leader went on to say that the Tinubu he knew and supported in the past is not the same person who is now leading the country. Dokubo’s comments come amid growing concerns over the impact of Tinubu’s policies on the people of Nigeria, particularly in the Niger Delta region.

The video, which has been widely shared on social media, has sparked a heated debate among Nigerians, with many expressing their support for Dokubo’s stance and others defending the president’s actions.

As the country continues to grapple with the challenges posed by Tinubu’s policies, the voices of influential figures like Asari Dokubo will likely continue to shape the ongoing discourse and debate around the direction of the nation.
