Ibrahim H Abdulkarim, a prominent figure within the Labour Party, recently voiced his concerns through X media regarding the actions of the APC.

Abdulkarim highlighted the controversial decision by the APC to award a 15 trillion naira coastal road contract to Chigoury HiTech construction company, alleging that due process was not followed.

This move comes amidst the backdrop of deteriorating existing roads that have been contributing to the loss of lives and properties on a daily basis.

Additionally, tensions escalated as a minister accused Peter Obi of inciting the Igbo community against the current government led by Tulumbu.

The situation has sparked criticism, with Abdulkarim referring to the government as a “Kabu-Kabu government,” reflecting the growing discontent and scrutiny surrounding these recent developments.

Peter Obi had advised Tinubu’s government to disconnect the project and the urgent need for job creation, emphasizing the devastating consequences of demolishing businesses and displacing thousands of workers.
