Today, I had the privilege of joining my fellow leader and friend, His Excellency, Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State, at the inauguration of the Aleto-Ogale-Ebubu-Eteo 10.98km road in Eleme Local Government.

Otti emphasizes that the power truly lies in the hands of the people of Rivers State, not in the interests of a select few.

I am profoundly touched and honoured by the invitation from my respected peer to inaugurate this significant infrastructure project. Governor Fubara’s leadership in initiating this crucial project is praiseworthy. His commitment to the wellbeing of the Eleme community and the progress of Rivers State is admirable. This road acts as an alternative route to the East-West Road, providing relief for numerous travellers who use this path.

Leadership is synonymous with service, and genuine service is directed towards the majority. Our guiding principle over the years has been anchored in this belief, and it is a journey that has led us to our present position.

To the citizens of Rivers State, what you are witnessing today is merely the start. This is a preliminary showcase of the benefits of democracy that will lay the foundation for even more significant accomplishments. I encourage everyone to continue backing Governor Fubara in his relentless pursuit of serving you.
