Renowned political economist, Professor Pat Utomi, expressed his support for the new leadership of the Labour Party in a recent statement on his X handle.

Celebrating the party’s decision to steer Nigeria toward renewal and the advancement of the common good, Utomi declared his full confidence in the new leadership team under Senator Nenadi Usman.

He emphasized the importance of restoring civility in public discourse and called on patriots across the nation to support the Nenadi Usman-led team. Utomi also encouraged citizens to join the Labour Party and help broaden its base for social transformation, expressing his optimism that “Nigeria will rise up again.”
