Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, former Head of State General Abdulsalami Abubakar, and General Aliyu Gusau visited ex-Military President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida at his Hill Top residence in Minna, Niger State, on Sunday.

According to sources, Obasanjo arrived at Minna International Airport around 4:30 p.m. aboard a Golf Steam 5 aircraft, then proceeded directly to Babangida’s home. There, he joined Abdulsalami and Gusau for a private meeting that lasted approximately an hour. Obasanjo departed Minna around 6:20 p.m.

While the details of their discussion remain undisclosed, it is speculated that the meeting was related to pressing national issues, particularly the ongoing economic challenges facing Nigeria. Obasanjo’s visit was accompanied by a team of ten people, and he used a chartered aircraft for the trip.
