Founding National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, Chief Ralph Nwosu, has accused the ruling All Progressives Congress of destroying the hopes of millions of young Nigerians both at home and abroad since taking power in 2015.

Nwosu made the statement on Thursday during the launch of the Rise Up Naija Media Campaign at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.

He said the APC government has pushed Nigeria into hardship and frustration, especially for young people, but insisted that the ADC is ready to rebuild the country and restore confidence among citizens.

According to him, challenges are part of leadership, and Nigerians must prepare to overcome them to achieve a better future.

Speaking at the same event, ADC Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi said the APC is surviving only because it controls political power, warning that the party would collapse without it.

He criticized the ruling party’s style of politics and said Nigeria can overcome insecurity, corruption, and poor leadership if the ADC wins power in 2027.

Abdullahi added that the ADC was built on principles, fairness, and accountability, stressing that the party’s vision is bigger than any single individual.

He also challenged party members to focus on how to stop the APC from returning to power in 2027 and find lasting solutions to banditry and insecurity across the country.
