In a significant boost for students in specialized fields, those studying medicine, law, engineering, and agriculture will also benefit from a monthly stipend of ₦30,000. This increase represents a notable rise from the previous bursary of ₦10,000.

Governor Eno highlighted the government’s commitment to supporting youth development through various initiatives. He revealed that 21 youths are currently undergoing engineering training with Ethiopian Airlines, sponsored by the state government. Additionally, over 150 youths have been trained in modern agriculture techniques, with plans to utilize their skills in model farms and promote agripreneurship.
