Felix Morka, the national spokesperson for the All-Progressives Congress (APC), has issued a threat against former presidential candidate Peter Obi for his criticism of President Bola Tinubu’s government.
During an appearance on Arise TV on January 5, Morka stated, “Peter Obi has crossed the line so many times and he has what’s coming to him, and whatever he gets, he should manage it.” He accused Obi of irrational thinking and reckless public commentary, likening his actions to “shooting wildly like in the Wild Wild West.”
Morka criticized Obi’s tenure as governor of Anambra State, claiming he left no significant legacy or transformation. He suggested that Obi’s criticism of the government stemmed from his loss in the 2023 presidential election to Tinubu.
Morka urged Obi to focus on understanding why he lost the election rather than attempting to undermine the government with deceptive tactics. He concluded by reiterating that Obi has crossed the line multiple times and should manage whatever consequences come his way.
Nigerians on social media perceived Morka’s statements as a threat against Obi and called him out for his remarks.
