The Tribunal made the decision on the request for adjournment by parties to the petition.

Peter Obi through his counsel, Livy Uzoukwu informed the Court that he and counsel to INEC, Tinubu, and Shettima have agreed to adjourn today’s pre-hearing session till next Wednesday 17 May since there are loads of processes yet to be filed.

He said this is hinged on the fact that by the said date all the processes should be ripe for hearing.
