In a heartfelt message shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Captain Ibrahim Traoré extended his deep appreciation to peace-loving and freedom-minded individuals across the globe who stood in solidarity on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

The show of support, he emphasized, bolsters the shared vision of building a new Burkina Faso and a liberated Africa—free from the grip of imperialism and neo-colonial forces.

“This wave of solidarity reaffirms that our struggle for justice and equity is both legitimate and necessary,” Traoré stated. “We will never bow to adversity. We remain resolute in our mission until our people achieve true emancipation.”

He concluded with a rallying call to action: “Together, united in purpose and conviction, we will overcome imperialism and neo-colonialism to create a free, dignified, and sovereign Africa.”
