In a goodwill message signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Emmanuel Ogbeche, Otu reminded the people of his administration’s mantra of ‘Peoples First Agenda’, assuring them of his commitment to the economic growth, prosperity and security of all nooks and crannies of the state.

While promising citizens of an all-inclusive government as well as an open-door policy, he warned against acts that are capable of truncating democratic governance in the state and country at large.
