Nkiruka Nistoran, the digital news publisher of NN News Media, has issued a stern warning to those expressing support for President Bola Tinubu’s administration in the face of the country’s economic difficulties. She urges them to reconsider their stance.

In a social media X post, Nistoran stated that the Eastern region does not endorse any individual or group that supports Bola Tinubu. The region is recognized for its opposition to ineffective governance and will continue to uphold this stance. She added that those who have been advocating for Tinubu in solidarity or another four years should cease if it is merely a jest.

The people of the South Easterner are known for their republican values and deep understanding of democracy. Therefore, the current economic struggles faced by Nigerians serve as a forewarning of the potential consequences of a government under Tinubu, which, according to Nistoran, lacks a clear governance strategy.
