Report has emerged that the Ebeano political family led by Senator Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani has threatened to expose Governor Ugwuanyi’s shoddy deals over his failure to block Hon. Barr. Chijioke Edeoga from emerging the Labour Party gubernatorial candidate for Enugu State.

The Ebeano political family feels betrayed by Governor Ugwuanyi that after spending so much to secure the PDP ticket, yet victory seems impossible, or better still far-fetched as majority of Enugu electorate are now inclined to the Labour Party.

They are accusing Governor Ugwuanyi of double dealing and not worthy to be trusted.

The Ebeano Political Family had mandated Gov Ugwuanyi to spread appointment to every family as the only strategy to keep people from working for the Labour Party.

Gov Ugwuanyi had reportedly accepted to declare several appointments, but without immediate pay.

The days ahead will witness political intrigues as Nigeria’s former Ambassador to India, General Chris Eze (Rtd) from Udenu Local Government Area has opened the floodgates of defections.

Ambassador Eze recently announced his defeation from the APC to the Labour Party.
