In a recent development, Dr. Jacobson Nbina, the Commissioner for Transport in Rivers State, has officially resigned from Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s cabinet.

This decision marks the eighth resignation among the commissioners who previously served under the administration of former Governor Nyesom Wike.

Notably, other high-profile resignations include the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Prof. Zacchaeus Adangor (SAN), Commissioner for Works, Dr. Des George-Kelly, and Commissioner for Social Welfare and Rehabilitation, Mrs. Inime Aguma, among others.
