Labour Party legal team, led by Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), on Thursday, filed their final written address in response to the 2nd and 3rd respondents, President Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima, respectively.
In the written address, Dr Uzoukwu faulted the response of Tinubu’s lawyer to the petition challenging the outcome of the February 25 Presidential election.
The court had given the petitioners and the respondents ten and seven days to file their written addresses and five days for the respondents to reply on points of law.
