A whistleblower has revealed that Julius Berger Construction Company carried out renovation project in the Aso Rock presidential villa with thirteen billion, nine hundred and sixty-nine million, two hundred and sixty-two thousand, two hundred- and twenty-naira, seventy-four kobo in 9 months.

The whistleblower, @PIDOMNIGERIA, in a memo seen by News Band on Friday, wrote:

“By the time this APC government is through with Nigeria, there will be nothing left in Nigeria to steal again. Tinubu government has continued the thievery from where Buhari’s government left it.

“Julius Berger should show to Nigerians the kind of renovation work it conducted in Aso Rock in a period of just 9 months.

“From September 2022, to June 2023 that Nigerian tax payers, should pay them (13,969,262,220.74) Thirteen billion, nine hundred and sixty-nine million, two hundred and sixty-two thousand, two hundred and twenty naira, seventy four kobo.

“They didn’t build any new structure inside the villa; they didn’t build villa extension. So why that humongous pay for a delayed renovation for painting and little repair works?

“Julius Berger, who are you paying kickbacks to, as regards this renovation contract? It was awarded to you under the corruption personified President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Like that is not bad enough, two months after Tinubu took over government, a Nigerian company Trucrete Solutions Limited, came out from nowhere, requesting (3,743,396,514.99) Three billion, seven hundred and forty-three million, three hundred and ninety-six thousand, five hundred and fourteen naira, ninety-nine kobo.

“For some unfinished interior renovation of the same Aso Rock, that was awarded to Julius Berger, at the cost of 13.9 billion.

“Nigerians should ask these questions: Who owns Trucrete Solutions Limited? Who awarded the additional 3.7 billion renovation contract to them?

“How did they suddenly just show up with payment request. Where is the 3.7 billion actually going to? To which pocket.

“Is there evidence to show the renovation work they claimed to have carried out? Nigerians want to see it. This APC government is draining Nigeria.

“How can we use over 18 billion naira to renovate Aso Rock that was renovated in just 2019?”
