Nigerian military base in Polwire village in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State, has been attacked by terrorists killed at least 11 soldiers and 3 vigilantes
According report by a military who confirmed the incident said the terrorists invaded military base on Monday in large numbers on motorcycles and engaged the troops in a battle that lasted for two hours before dislodging them.
Three members of the Kaduna Vigilante Group were also killed during the attack by the terrorists.
The governor of Kaduna state, Malam El-rufai had threatened to import foreign mercenaries over the inability of the Nigerian Security Forces to arrest the activities of the terrorists in the Northern region.
