I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing Nigerian Presidential Election Tribunal and the potential implications it could have on the interests of the United States in Africa; Africans and Nigerian people. It is common knowledge that a certain Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is on course to become sworn in as President of Nigeria.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu is no stranger to US law enforcement, as he was fined $460,000 in a narcotics trafficking lawsuit initiated by the U.S. District Court, Illinois, Eastern Division, Case No: 93C 4483.

Additionally, there were widespread reports of violence during the elections, including violations of the constitution and gruesome murders of Christians and other minority groups, the Igbos in Lagos state. It is widely believed that the elections were rigged due to many seen evidence and the constitution was not obeyed in declaring Mr. Tinubu as the winner while issuing him certificate of return

I believe it would be in the best interest of the United States, Africa, to prevent a man of questionable character from becoming the President of the most populous black nation by ensuring that the judicial system in Nigeria now does it free and fair trials as it was petitioned by the opposition party, Labor Party.

Furthermore, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is heavily linked to the governments of Cuba and China. He has severally said that he doesn’t believe in climate change. If he were to become President, he would impede US interests in Africa on combating climate change, Chinese influence and the spread of ultra socialist ideologies.

Therefore, I would like to appeal to you to publish and ensure that the US mounts pressure on the Nigerian judiciary to do the right thing and allow the will of the people to prevail.

However, we want the US to send it’s Nigerian Ambassador to attend the court proceedings and for the US Congress to take actions against any judges who allows himself to be an obstacle to the wheel of progress.

If an unpopular candidate like Mr. Tinubu is sworn in as President in a highly polarized nation like Nigeria, in an unjustified win, with a rigged election, a selection by INEC Chairman, this country could go into flames as ethnic tensions are at the boiling point.

I urge you to take action on this urgent matter and use your position to ensure that justice is served and the rule of law is upheld in Nigeria. Your intervention could make a difference and help prevent a potential crisis in the region.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely;
Mr. Innocent.
