Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State lauded the genuine integrity and action-driven approach of his Abia counterpart, Governor Alex Otti, during the inauguration of the Aleto-Ebubu-Eteo (Old Bori) Road in Eleme Local Government Area.
