Peter Obi, the former Labour Party presidential candidate, attended the crossover service at the Dunamis International Gospel Center, Glory Dome in Abuja, hosted by Dr. and Dr. (Mrs.) Paul Enenche.

The event was marked by the presence of esteemed guests including former Sierra Leone President Ernest Bai Koroma and numerous other distinguished figures, alongside a congregation full of faithful worshippers.

The service was a moving blend of prayer and worship, ushering in the new year 2025 with a spirit of renewal and hope.

In his statement, Obi expressed his prayers for Nigeria, envisioning a country where the scourges of insecurity, hunger, and poverty are eradicated, replaced by peace, prosperity, and compassionate governance.

He pledged to continue his efforts towards the transformation of Nigeria, emphasizing improvements in education, healthcare, and economic upliftment to lift citizens out of poverty.

“May 2025 be the year we witness the emergence of a new, possible Nigeria,” Obi concluded.
