Senator Eze was a vibrant politician who served in various capacities, including as the Spokesman of the nation’s Senate and the Chairman of the Senate’s Works Committee. Obi noted that Eze’s contributions to the development of the country were significant, particularly in his role as a Federal Commissioner for Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC). The former presidential candidate praised Eze’s “robust and incisive analysis of issues” and expressed his condolences to the people of Enugu North, Enugu state, where Eze hailed from.
