Peter Obi, the former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, issued a heartfelt Christmas message, urging everyone to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ by embracing the true spirit of Christmas—love, peace, and kindness.

He emphasized that these values are more important now than ever, as the nation faces unprecedented challenges.

Obi reminded everyone that even in the darkest times, there is always hope for a new dawn. He called on people to prioritize the well-being of one another, help the poor, feed the hungry, and show love to everyone.

He also encouraged renewing the spirit of unity, looking beyond the walls of tribe and religion that have separated people, and lifting the nation in prayers.

Obi expressed his hope for a better nation and wished everyone a Merry Christmas, affirming that a New Nigeria remains possible.
