Peter Obi, Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has arrived the Presidential Election Petition Court ahead of the continuation of pre-hearing of his petition challenging the outcome of the February 25 Presidential Election.

However, the courtroom is already full as the pre-hearing session of Peter Obi’s petition challenging the outcome of the Presidential Election that produced Tinubu as winner.

Peter Obi through his counsel, Livy Uzoukwu informed the Court that he and counsel to INEC, Tinubu, and Shettima have agreed to adjourn today’s pre-hearing session till next Wednesday 17 May since there are loads of processes yet to be filed.

He says this is hinged on the fact that by the said date all the processes should be ripe for hearing. Counsels to INEC, Tinubu and Shettima acknowledged reaching such a unanimous agreement.
