The publisher of NN News Media, Nkiruka Nistoran, has condemned the demolition of her elderly mother’s ancestral shop by the Enugu State Government led by Governor Peter Mbah.

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Nistoran expressed grief over the loss of the family property, which she described as a heritage space spanning generations.

“Today, @PNMbah oversaw the demolition of my elderly mother’s ancestral shop located on Upper Nike Road, Abakpa Nike, Enugu. This space holds generations of memories now reduced to rubble,” she wrote.

She described the act as deeply painful and said more updates would be provided as the situation unfolds.
