There was indication that the immediate past Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, may have left office with a retinue of government vehicles belonging to the Enugu State Government according to Ikengaonline reports.

A source said that several vehicles of assorted types were moved out of government house on the penultimate day to the hand-over.

“Several official vehicles of different makes including Hillux, Jeeps and Saloon cars were moved out of government house by his boys.

“Though this has been the usual practice by outgoing administrations but the immediate past government was something else,” our source said.

Meanwhile, the new administration of Peter Mbah has frozen all state government accounts as he reiterated the dismissal of all political appointees in the state.
