Also appoints Chief of Staff, two other aides

Anambra State governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, visited Ekwulobia Prison after thanksgiving mass. 

According to the news elected governor disclosed this via his verified tweeter handle. 

Soludo said; Yesterday, I visited Ekwulobia Prison after my thanksgiving mass. During my visit, I walked around the prison facility to see its present condition and I had a chat with the prisoners and the wardens and I assured them there will be a new system that will be set up. 

In another news; Soludo, on Monday, March 21, 2022, announced the appointment of three new persons to join in running his administration. 

This makes it a total of six political appointees the Governor has so far announced since he assumed office on March 17. 

The new appointees are: Mr Ernest Ezeajuyi, Chief of Staff to the Governor; Mr Richard Nwora Madiebo, Chairman, Anambra State Internal Revenue Service (AIRS); and AVM Ben Chiobi (Rtd.), Special Adviser on Security to the Governor.
