In a powerful sermon during the January 2024 Thanksgiving Service at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Headquarters in Ebutte Metta, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer of the church, delivered a prophetic message on the imminent shift of wealth in Nigeria.

Addressing the congregation on the topic of ‘Supernatural Enlargement,’ Pastor Adeboye boldly stated, “There is money in Nigeria, but it’s in the wrong hands. Don’t believe anyone who says otherwise. This year, wealth is going to change hands. The wind is going to blow on the Naira.” The renowned cleric drew inspiration from the church’s December 2023 Congress, themed “Divine Repositing.”

Encouraging worshippers, Adeboye emphasized the importance of praising God massively, seeking wisdom to serve, and staying connected in 2024. Drawing parallels with the biblical figure Solomon, he highlighted these as the key elements that distinguished Solomon. “Long before the end of this year, you will know that you are on the mountaintop. Some will start the year as nobody, but before the end of the year, they will be somebody,” he prophesied.

Adeboye concluded the service with a powerful prayer for the congregation, stating, “If you do anything you can to serve God, He will not only reposition you, but He will lift you to the mountaintop.” As the faithful left the RCCG Throne of Grace Parish, they carried with them a sense of anticipation for the prophesied changes in wealth distribution that the coming year holds.
