The founder of Wagner private military, Yevgeny Prigozhin was spotted inside Africa, inviting people to join his army.
In a video sighted by NN News Media, was shared by War Monitor, Prigozhin was seen speaking in Russian Language.
According to war monitor translated: Yevgeny Prigozhin appeared in a video for the first time in a while, this time from Africa and invites people to join the ranks of Wagner PMC.
Although Wagner has had a presence in the Central African Republic for several years, CNN reported.
NN News media is yet to confirm which part of Africa he is.
