The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Umaru Ahmadu Fintiri, has won the governorship election in Adamawa State.

He polled 430,869 votes to defeat Senator Aisha Dahiru Binani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who scored 398,788.

Below is the result of the supplementary election Held on 15th of April, 2023.

While declaring the results, Professor Muhammed, the returning officer said the “Umaru Ahmadu Fintiri of the PDP, having satisfied the requirements of the law, is returned elected.”
