Allied People’s Movement (APM) National Chairman, Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantelle, has called on Nigerians to rededicate themselves to Allah in line with the sacred month of Ramadan.

In a statement on Friday to mark the Ramadan, Alhaji Dantelle urged Nigerians to use the occasion not only for spiritual rejuvenation, but to be patriotic and remain steadfast in the collective quest to achieve Nigerian project.

He appealed to all sundry to Imbibe the culture of lessons learnt from the sacred restrictions  for one month, stating that the period of supplications to Almighty God can be replicated through good leadership in the country.

Dantelle maintained that this year’s Ramadan is crucial to the socioeconomic and political evolution of Nigeria as the country went through a crucial transition period before, during and after the holy month.

He urged the new leaders at all levels to exercise restraint in dealing with their subjects and followers, stressing that the beauty of any leadership was the contentment of the followers – the ordinary Nigerians.

He wished Nigerians many more of Ramadan celebration in good health, sound economy and crises-free environment.
