Niger Delta terrorist and militant warlord, Alhaji Asari Dokubo, was seen on tape threatening the Governor of Rivers State, Mr. Siminalaye Fubara.
The threat followed a directive by Governor Fubara to the Nigerian Army to move against militants causing mayhem and unrest in the state, including Asari Dokubo.
