There was a drama on Sunday when a security aide believed to be an operative of the Department of State Security (DSS), attached to the Governor Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, stopped the Deputy Governor, Mr. Philip Shaibu, from approaching the Governor.
According to an eyewitness, Deputy Governor Shaibu stormed out of event after the brief encounter.
