The Supreme Court of Nigeria has officially announced Monday, 23 October 2023 to hear the appeal of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party–LP, Mr. Peter against the tribunal judgement that affirmed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory in the last election.
NN News Media recall that Peter Obi and Labour Party had asked the court to set out aside tribunal judgement that affirmed Tinubu as the winner of 2023 presidential election.
