Nkiruka Nistoran, the online publisher for NN News Media, has characterized Omoyele Sowore, the publisher of Sahara Reporters Online, as a clown who is desperate for attention.

She questions how someone who has never won his Local Government Area since he began his political career could dare to speak amidst the discourse of political heavyweights.

Nistoran asserts that Tinubu has indeed unveiled some negative sentiments among certain Yorubas, with their primary fear being the alliance between Obi and Atiku. In response to Sowore’s statement, which reads, “The term ‘Obidient’ irks me. How can anyone form an organization that’s obedient during a time of oppression?”

Sowore, on the other hand, has declared that he will not be part of the Coalition of Mega Politics, which he describes as criminal. He has refused to align politically with Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and others.

Despite being a supporter of President Bola Tinubu and hailing from the same region, Sowore the attention seeker may have acknowledges the fear among some Yorubas that Peter Obi’s alignment with Atiku Abubakar could lead to Tinubu’s defeat in the 2027 elections.
