A Nigerian man caused a tense scene at the national office of the All Progressives Congress in Abuja after claiming the party abandoned him despite the sacrifices he made during the 2023 general elections.

The man arrived at the secretariat wearing a blue APC shirt and holding a strong message on a placard asking the party to reward him or end his life. His protest was recorded in a short video that started spreading on Facebook on Thursday night and quickly gained attention across social media.

In the video, he moves up and down near the entrance gate, raising the placard and shouting toward the building while security officers and people nearby watch without stepping in. He appears deeply upset and under pressure.

He explained that he sold his house because of debts he took on while working for the APC during the election period. He insisted that everything he did was for the party and that he has been left with nothing.

When people around him asked who sent him, he pointed at his APC shirt to show that his loyalty and work were tied directly to the party.

He said all his efforts during the 2023 campaign brought him no reward and instead left him struggling. He also claimed that the party’s Chief Security Officer threatened him, making his situation even worse.

The man went further to describe how his financial problems have affected his family. He said he can no longer pay his children’s school fees and has reached a point where he cannot take care of them. According to him, he left his children with the party’s security office because he had no other option.

His placard also carried emotional words stating that he is a loyal party member, not mentally unstable, and that he has lost too much while his health and mental state have suffered.

The video, which lasts about thirty seconds, shows him clearly distressed as he continues pacing and calling for attention at the gate of the secretariat.

No official from the All Progressives Congress was seen coming out to speak with him in the footage, and the party has not released any statement about the incident so far.
