Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has congratulated Nigerian-born Dr. Peter O. Nwosu on his historic achievement as the 11th and first black president of the State University of New York at Oswego (SUNY Oswego), USA.
Obi shared his heartfelt message via his X handle, commending Nwosu’s remarkable milestone.
Dr. Nwosu’s inauguration took place on September 27th, marking a significant moment as he becomes the first African-born president and immigrant to lead the 163-year-old institution.
